“This year is jam packed with activities including the second Keswick Triathlon, an Adventure Race with Open Adventure and if you aren’t already exhausted you could do the Latrigg Fell Race! Not to mention the plethora of climbing, walking, water, biking and other adventurous activities on offer for you to try out or improve on existing skills. 2009 looks to be full of surprises, new sporting events and a line up of inspirational speakers. So my advice is, book early and be there! “
