Check out the family activities on offer
The Adventure Base will offer taster activities for children to have a go at including a climbing wall, Tatty Bumpkin yoga sessions and much more. Give your children a taste of adventure while you are at the festival and get involved with family activities like treasure hunts, canoe trips around the lake or orienteering events.
Derwent Division girlguiding are inviting families to come along to their stands at the Adventure Base on the 21st and 22nd May giving the girls to do their ‘Water Safety Badge’, all activities will be onland with a Qualified Instructor, and will cost just £1 including postage to your home address! If you’re not a Brownie or a Guide don’t worry you can still have a go at the activities, unfortunately you won’t get the badge though… They will also be running craft activities from their stand at the Adventure Base.
