Wetsuit Day Hire 2010
Day Hire – suits can be ordered immediately. Suits will be delivered no later than Friday before a race and must be returned by the following Friday. If suits are not received back in time, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
Charges £35 hire charge
£15 insured delivery
£50 deposit
Total initial payment taken from credit/debit card is £100.
What happens at the end of the day?
- If you choose to keep suit, simply e-mail confirmation that this is your intention. You should include your name, address, original invoice number and a contact telephone number in your e-mail. We will then debit your card with an additional £20 and the suit is yours to keep.
- If you choose to return the suit, we must receive it back in a good condition no later than the following Friday after the event. The suit is fully your responsibility until it is received. Suits will be immediately inspected and we reserve the right to charge for :-
a) Cleaning £10
b) Each hole rip or tear £10
c) Late return £20 per week
d) Should the suit be returned to us in a condition that is beyond repair then we will charge an additional £20 to the card and no refund will be issued. We will inform you in writing that this is our intention.
Please allow 28 days from our receipt of the returned suit for the deposit refund (less any charges applicable) to be received back into your account.
