It's the final countdown to the Festival so here is a quick round up of some of the things going on.

Plus many more besides at the theatre including KE Adventure Travel, Justine Curgenvan, Stuart Miller, Mike Pearson, Jo Gambi, Cumbria Wildlife Trust, Ben Bardsley.
There are also talks at the Moot Hall, a selection of films from the Kendal Film Festival showing at the Lonsdale Alhambra Cinema and a meal and slideshow at the Lakeland Pedlar.
Activity Base at Crow Park
At the Activity Base there will be a wide range of activities and demonstrations including a zip wire, slacklining, a Royal Marines Climbing Wall, Archery with Newlands Adventure Centre and Ulimate Outdoors Camping Exhibition plus exhibitor marquees.
The Activity Base will be open 10am to 6pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 9am to 6pm on Saturday and 10am to 6pm on Sunday.

There will be bootprint signs to lead visitors from the Base Camp to the Activity Base on Crow Park.
Base Camp
Last minute bookings for activities will be able to be made in Base Camp which will be situated in the Cotswold Outdoor Shop in the Market Square. It will be open 9.30am to 5.30pm Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday and 11am to 2pm on Sunday.
The Keswick Climbing Wall will be located ouside the shop on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
The Bike Village
Visit the Bike Village at Rawnsley Hall. Try out the latest bikes and get lots of advice, then use it as the start for a guided ride or a challenging Trail Quest event.
