Cyclewise’s resident expert roadie will lead you on a local loop … and offer top tips along the way. He’ll give you the nod on roadie etiquette, optimum riding positions and any roadside repairs. This will be a longer, tougher ride than the Saturday but will still include time for rest and refuelling, and at least one café/pub stop.
NB. You must have your own bike, wear a cycle helmet and be properly equipped with bike spares, suitable clothing, food, money, water etc. Minimum age – 18.
