Blencathra by the Stars

Join us for a magical night time experience as we head up one of the Lakes best loved peaks, Blencathra, lit only by our headtorches and the stars above. This is a great opportunity to head out into the high fells at night, without the stress and worry that normally comes with night navigation. We've all ended up walking back in the dark after an over ambitious day in the hills and it's usually a tale to tell in the pub after! So during the night we'll look at some simple navigation ideas to enable you to have the confidence in the future to stay out that bit longer. Headtorches are needed. These can be hired from us if you don't have one.
