Join local Mountain Leaders Pete and Lyn Armstrong in Langdale for an exciting round over the five crinkles of Crinkle Crags to the lofty summit of Bow Fell. Nervous walkers can avoid the notorious "Bad Step" on the fourth crinkle by taking the grassy rake to the left. Return easily down "The Band" to the Old Dungeon Gill Hotel for a pint.
