A classic horseshoe walk around the beautiful pastoral Newlands valley. The views available are magnificent, particularly across Derwent Water, to the Skiddaw and Blencathra massifs in the north east. Another 'Summit Journeys' mountain trek taking in six Wainwrights.
For those 'ticking off' all the Wainwrights the six summits are: Cat Bells, Maiden Moor, High Spy, Dale Head, Hindscarth, and Robinson.
