Ricky Lightfoot lives in Keswick and is renowned for his achievements in trail and fell running. He put Salomon training camp attendees through their paces in Keswick- making those hills look super easy!

By car from M6 Junction 40 - Follow A66 Keswick. Ignore first sign for Keswick, continue on the A66 to a roundabout take first exit. Turn Left at T junction to Keswick Town Centre. go over the bridge, the Rawnsley Centre on the left hand side. By Train - The nearest train station is Penrith then take a bus from Penrith Station to Keswick. Keswick Taxis will meet trains by prior arrangement.
