1.30pm - 2.45pm: Advanced
A session for advanced swimmers who are good at front crawl and may have had some tuition. In the classroom Q&A this group are likely to talk about endurance and long distance swims (e.g. the length of Windermere or the Channel), and may have questions surrounding adapting to cold, training programmes, psychology of long distance swimming, and planning their own more adventurous wild swims.
In the water the advanced group will look at what they can do to increase their ease and efficiency in the water, covering stroke basics, sighting and efficiency.
