A general session for intermediate swimmers who have a reasonable front crawl (defined as being able to swim continuously for 10 lengths or more).
The classroom Q&A will cover any questions such as how to increase speed in races and planning your own wild swims. The water session will focus on key drills and techniques to improve your stroke in the pool and outside. The session is open to people who are confident in water but new to the outdoors; however, if you are very nervous we advise you to join the beginners.
