The Roaming Rotisserie
The Roaming Rotisserie was founded in 2008 by Jon Bates and Philippe Easey after some extensive and grueling market research, sitting in French cafes drinking coffee and cognacs watching rotisseurs plying their trade. Flavoured with their unique seasonings their Farm Assured whole chickens are placed on rows of rotating skewers, juices dripping down as they cook, constantly basting, resulting in the most wonderful smells and deliciously succulent meat. Large trays underneath catch the juices as they fall and in this tray the seasoned baby potatoes cook.

The Gravy Train Poutine
Pushing ‘poutine’ since 2016, The Gravy Train knocks out the most unapologetically sinful grub you’ve never heard of. For the uninitiated, ‘poutine’ is a French-Canadian dish consisting of rustic, Skin-on Fries, ‘squeaky’ Cheese Curds (made by themselves) and a killer Beef or Mushroom Gravy to melt it all down and make it all gooey and such. Then there’s their toppings - Shredded BBQ Chicken, Mapled Bacon, Crispy Onions, Roasted Peppers, Choppy Cajun Slaw, Sauteed Mushrooms just to name a few. Pick one of their ready made numbers or mix it up however you fancy.
