Learn how to use poles to improve posture, propulsion and performance when walking or jogging. Aimed at those who have proven experience of being active outdoors and on uneven terrain, this workshop will get help you to master the use of poles.

Speedhyking is a mix of walking, running and bounding with poles including uphill and downhills techniques.
